Information

Scala sound absorbing panels – a playful paraphrase on corrugated iron that simultaneously employs the functionality of the shape. ”The inspiration comes from the many houses in Iceland, where not only the roofs, but the facades too, are covered by corrugated iron. It gave birth to the idea of bringing it into the space”, explains award-winning designer Anya Sebton. The design of this sound absorbing panel is not only developed for visual reasons, but primarily to contribute to a softer soundscape.
